John 3:16 is a bunch of happy horse shit and if you want to destroy the notion that Jesus "dying" on the cross was a sacrifice consider this:

1. God is all knowing.

2. Jesus is God. 

3. Jesus/God knew the outcome.

Next time some prick licking Christian gives you that sacrificial lamb, God so loved the world, and the only begotten son bullshit point out to them that Jesus/God made no sacrifice whatsoever.
