Rh factor is a blood protein that plays a critical role in some pregnancies. People without Rh factor are known as Rh negative, while people with the Rh factor are Rh positive. If a woman who is Rh negative is pregnant with a fetus who is Rh positive, her body will make antibodies against the fetus's blood. This can cause Rh disease, also known as hemolytic disease of the newborn, in the baby. In severe cases, Rh disease leads to brain damage and even death. Since 1968, a vaccine has existed to prevent the mother's body from making anti-bodies against the fetus's blood. Before that, modern medicine used to have to transfuse different blood into the newborn but before modern medicine babies and mothers got sick and died. More than 15% of humans are Rh negative.

God loves it when humans suffer so he has devised all sorts of ways to make that happen. Because our suffering is God's pleasure he created all sorts of horrible diseases. Even in modern times God has not stopped killing mothers and their babies. And it is no surprise that in the developed countries the evil Bible thumping US has the most maternal deaths from pregnancies. In the US God kills nearly 17 mothers per 100,000 births.
God kills many more mothers in less developed countries. God kills over 1000 women per 100,000 pregnancies. What at evil asshole you are God! As bad as that sounds, it gets worse because 200 years ago is was probably much worse and in ancient times it was probably 100 times worse for women.
God is not satisfied with only killing newborns, God delights in killing their mothers as well. If after reading this you still think that God is love, then it is time for you to die.
