Rick was born with many health problems but that was not enough for God. Rick had a crazy mother and an abusive father. His grandfather was a real dick. When Rick was about eight years of age he let the family dog out by mistake. The dog was in heat and it got pregnant and had a litter of puppies. Rick's sadistic Christian grandfather waited for Rick to become attached to the puppies and then he put the puppies in a burlap sack and beat them to death in front of Rick to teach him a lesson. A very Christian move.



Rick was the runt of the litter. Rick was picked on unmercifully as a kid. Rick's congenital illnesses prevented him from growing. Rick weighed under 100 lbs and stood about 5'4".  Rick had severe scoliosis, which is something that usually happens to tall girls.



Rick's other medical issues, included migraine headaches, IBS and gallbladder disease that went undiagnosed for 6 years. Rick was an eccentric but he was not crazy. Rick suffered severe chronic pain that had physical causes but the doctors who saw him were too stupid and evil to figure out what was wrong so they sent him to a shrink. After a few sessions, the shrink determined that the pain was not psychosomatic but the doctors would not look into things any further and wrote Rick off. Rick continued to take aspirin to treat the pain as doctors accused him of being a drug seeker. As his minister, I advocated for Rick and found him a compassionate doctor. The doctor repeated the gallbladder test and it turned out the that someone had botched his first test and Rick had a dead gallbladder  in his body that was slowly killing him and causing him agony. Rick's gallbladder was removed and a significant portion of his pain went away but the damage was done. Chronic use of aspirin caused damage to his vascular system. Rick's headaches got worse and he was put on  Imitrex but no testing was done. In the case of chronic headaches 1 in 100 will indicate something life threatening.  In Rick's case the reason he was not tested is because two rinky dink hospitals were playing politics. Rick's doctor was playing politics as well and because the hospital did not have the proper imaging equipment they would not send Rick for the MRI that would have shown the aneurysm that burst and caused him to have a massive stroke.



In spite of Rick's life of suffering Rick was a kind and giving person who would give you the shirt off his back even if it was his only shirt. Jesus told his people to sell their clothes buy a sword when the shit was about to hit the fan. Rick is in a near coma. Rick is fed through a tube in his stomach. My hope is that Rick is having pleasant dreams and feels no pain but God is never merciful. Had Rick been healthy and given an even break he would have been one of these people who would have made the world a better place. God made sure that did not happen. Fuck you God and your ass licking supporters.



Years before the day he had his brain bleed Rick told me and his daughter that when he died he would go to where God dwells and kill him. He told us that if suddenly the world becomes a compassionate and loving place with no suffering he will have completed his mission and killed God. Rick's contempt for God is the purest form of truth I have ever seen or heard. I hope Rick completes his mission. So if the world changes and men rise up against the corporate criminal elite and slay them all thank Rick. Rick has God by the balls and God knows it. That is why God has placed Rick in this state of suspended animation because God knows that when Rick leaves his body he will make a beeline for God and finish what Lucifer started. Rick's hatred for God is the purest form of love in the universe.

Former Bain Partner Outs Romney

A former Bain Capital partner acknowledged Sunday that Mitt Romney "legally" remained the head of the private equity firm until 2002, contradicting Romney's claims that he left the company in February 1999.

During an appearance on MSNBC's "Up w/ Chris Hayes," Edward Conard, who worked at the private equity firm during Romney's tenure as CEO, noted that Romney remained "legally" in charge of the company for at least two years after the former governor says he left to take over the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.

"Mitt's names were on the documents as the chief executive and sole owner of the company," Conard said. Conard served as managing director of the firm from 1993 to 2007.



MSNBC reports:

Despite Romney's statements that he left in 1999, Conard's new remarks suggest that, in fact, Romney's continued ownership of the firm enabled him to negotiate a better exit deal. "We had to negotiate with Mitt because he was an owner of the firm," Conard said.The legal transfer of ownership dragged on for three years after Romney's informal departure to run the Olympics in Salt Lake City, Conard said, because Romney was aggressively negotiating his retirement package and compensation with executives and lawyers at the company.

"He'd created a lot of franchise value, and we were going to pay him for that," Conard said, adding: "We had a very complicated set of negotiations that took us about two years for us to unwind. During that time a management committee ran the firm, and we could hardly get Mitt to come back to negotiate the terms of his departure because he was working so hard on the Olympics."

Conard's comments are the latest in a growing pile of evidence that contradicts Romney's repeated claims that he ended his active role at Bain in 1999. On Sunday, The Huffington Post reported on a corporate document filed in December 2002 that lists Romney as a "managing member" of Bain Capital Investors. Earlier reports show Romney listed as CEO on 2002 Securites and Exchange Commission filings, attending board meetings for Bain-affiliated companies after 1999, and receiving an at least $100,000 salary from Bain in 2001 and 2002.

The discrepancies between these documents and Romney's account of his departure have become the focus of the presidential campaign, as President Obama's team raises questions about the Republican candidate's truthfulness. Beyond the issue of honesty, there are deeper implications for Romney if he was involved in the company after 1999, as Bain's outsourcing activity during that time has raised concern.

Obama addressed the controversy on Saturday, telling DC-based ABC affiliate WJLA that Romney should come clean on his record.

"Ultimately, I think, Mr. Romney is going to have to answer those questions because if he aspires to being president, one of the things you learn is you're ultimately responsible for the conduct of your operations," the president said.

Betsy missed the overall problem. health care acquired infections are a symptom of a much larger problem in healthcare. I also think she is a bit naive in thinking that reducing hospital infections will save hospitals money. Sure, some hospitals get sued but most who infect their patients don't get sued. The CFOs to a cost benefit analysis and they see that it is in the best financial interest not to prevent infection. The average HIA nets a hospital $50,000.00 in addition to the original admission and treatment. There are not enough lawyers to prosecute cases for the 2 - 4 million infection victims.

Hospitals that care about patients have low infection rates. Corporate hospitals have high infection rates.

A hospital is supposed to be a sterile place. The truth is a hospital is a filthy dirty place. You are safer working in a sewer.

In spite of MsCaughy's efforts hospital infections are still on the rise. Hospital Infections Still Rising!

There is a simple solution. Patient who get preventable infection while a patient at a hospital should get their entire bill payed plus a large settlement that comes directly out of the pocket of the board of directors and the officers who run the facility.  Since all they give a shit about is money this will end HIAs.

Abortion is approved by the Bible but since the Catholic Church rarely follows the Bible and instead make up their doctrine as they go along, they have no moral compass, not even a broken one. God is a killing machine so when somebody rubs him the wrong he has a hissy fit and goes on a killing spree, no living things are exempt from his wrath, not even fetuses.

You don't hear the Jehovah's Witnesses pissing and moaning because there are laws that require health insurance to pay for blood transfusions and organ transplants and the Muslims are not going all jihad because insurance will pay for pig heart valve transplants. As fucking crazy and the JW's and the Muslims are even they are honest enough to know that no one will force any medical procedure on them that goes against their religious beliefs. They know that there is no religious persecution in the US and even the Muslims and the JW's know that even suggesting that there is is as it gets. 

 

I suspect that the Republicans have some dirt on Dolan. Republican pedophiles and Pedophile priests have a lot in common. Maybe they have pictures of him raping alter boys. He sure looks like baby raper.
