This blog is dedicated to the destruction of this thing humans call God. Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?” Epicurus

Landover Baptist Church Forum Sucks Now
They used to have a great forum of ®True Christians ® but it is now full of the same clickish lame posters posting the same lame crap. The forum has slowed and membership has dropped.
Atheists can be assholes too. While they may be correct when they say that there is no god many atheist become obnoxious zealots.
Atheists generally have more honor that Christians and that is how it used to be on the Landover Baptist Church forum. I stopped posting there a few years ago because the community is dwindling and becoming cultish.
It's sad to see the once thriving Landover Baptist Forum going down the shitter. It went from witty posters to a bunch of mal-contents who bash Christianity simply for the fun of bashing it rather than enlightening people to its absurdity.
RIP Landover Baptist Church Forum

Lame is one way of putting it. There are some real asshole there. All the good posters have left.
ReplyDeletePastor Zeke is a scammer named Tim Omachi. He claims to have lost his job and then did some Go Fund Me thing to pay for a clutch for his new car. Car was under warranty. What a dumb fuck.
ReplyDeleteI was going to remove you comment but then I did some research and here is what I found.
DeleteFundraiser by Tim Omachi : My car needs a new clutch - GoFundMe
https://www.gofundme.com/timsclutchfund
Tim Omachi needs your help today! My car needs a new clutch - I hate doing this, but I am really hoping that some generous person or persons will see their way to helping us. I am 60 years old, I've been out of work for the past few months, and now my clutch has gone out. I have a 2014 Jeep Patriot with a manual ...
A 2014 Jeep has a 3 yr/36,000 mi basic, 5 yr/100,000 mi powertrain warranty. The dealer will cover the repair.
The he says in another Go Funde Me attempt that he was fired from his job for something he said on social media. That also sounds like BS. If that is the case he can sue the employer and win big. You can't fire someone without just cause.

Oct 8, 2017 - Tim Hughes needs your help today! Keep The Omachi Family Housed - I lost my job because "anonymous concerned community members" reported to my supervisor (Patricia Wigney at Bridgeway House) that I had made "several questionable posts on social media." This is a lie. No evidence was offered, ...
He can file complaint with the EEOC or hire an employment lawyer who works on contingency. It won't cost him a penny. He was probably fired for just cause.

Maybe Tim needs to get his ass out on the street and fly a sign begging for money and say "God bless you."
Atheists can be some of the biggest assholes in the world. They are often as smug and arrogant as Christians.
ReplyDeleteLBC got boring and clickish. Not worth my time.
ReplyDeleteThey hate it when you trash Islam and Islam sucks more than any other religion.
DeleteThey were never good. They were obnoxious, censoring assholes with no sense of ethics. Oooooh, yes, let's alienate potential allies by calling all Christians either "FAKE CHRISTIANS" or a bunch of stupid hillbillys. I hated it as a Christian, and I still hate it now. Chris Harper and his lackeys can suck my cock.
ReplyDeleteI don't think Harper has much to do with it. He's Pastor Pistle there. It's very clickish now. It's become a paranoid toxic community. It's pretty much outlived its usefulness.
DeleteThe early Christians never mentioned Jesus Christ because there was no Jesus Christ until the counsel of Nicea invented him. Those Christians were way cool. When Christianity became Romanized it become corrupt.
The Egyptian sun god Horus, who predated the Christ character by thousands of years, shares the following in common with Jesus:
Horus was born of the virgin Isis-Meri on December 25th in a cave/manger with his birth being announced by a star in the East and attended by three wise men.
His earthly father was named "Seb" ("Joseph"). Seb is also known as "Geb": "As Horus the Elder he...was believed to be the son of Geb and Nut." Lewis Spence, Ancient Egyptian Myths and Legends, 84.
He was of royal descent.
At age 12, he was a child teacher in the Temple, and at 30, he was baptized, having disappeared for 18 years.
Horus was baptized in the river Eridanus or Iarutana (Jordan) by "Anup the Baptizer" ("John the Baptist"), who was decapitated.
He had 12 disciples, two of whom were his "witnesses" and were named "Anup" and "Aan" (the two "Johns").
He performed miracles, exorcised demons and raised El-Azarus ("El-Osiris"), from the dead.
Horus walked on water.
His personal epithet was "Iusa," the "ever-becoming son" of "Ptah," the "Father." He was thus called "Holy Child."
He delivered a "Sermon on the Mount" and his followers recounted the "Sayings of Iusa."
Horus was transfigured on the Mount.
He was killed, buried for three days in a tomb, and resurrected.
He was also the "Way, the Truth, the Light," "Messiah," "God's Anointed Son," the "Son of Man," the "Good Shepherd," the "Lamb of God," the "Word made flesh," the "Word of Truth," etc.
He was "the Fisher" and was associated with the Fish ("Ichthys"), Lamb and Lion.
He came to fulfill the Law.
Horus was called "the KRST," or "Anointed One."
Like Jesus, "Horus was supposed to reign one thousand years."
I liked it but most of the talented posters left because of the BS. It's too bad because when they were cool they really debunked the Bible.
DeleteA lot of poster there got fed up with the BS. Last time I was there is was quite disappointing. It's pretty much a cult now. Most of the ones there are zealots and zealots are cultists.
It's sad that they suck now. It's like they take it too seriously. It's like they have OCD.
ReplyDeleteAlso, they ban you if you criticize Muslims and as we all know, Islam is much worse than Christianity.
I hear ya anonymous. The righties are not wrong for hating Islam. I think a site like Landover Baptist that lampoons Islam would kick ass.
DeleteLBC are a bunch of hypocrites same as the Christians that they mock.
DeleteAtheists are like Switzerland. They sit on the sidelines of good versus evil, and they won’t get into the fight. The fact is, it doesn’t matter if God exists or doesn’t exist. Debating the existence of God is a big fucking waste of time. I assume that God does exist, and in a reverse version of pascals wager, I hate God and berate God just in case he may exist. Most Christians know that God is a bunch of bullshit and they know God is evil if they kiss his ass, because they’re scared shitless of God. The best thing to do when it comes to God is to hate and discredit everything about God.
ReplyDeleteThere probably is some sort of power or force be it human consciousness or something that we have yet to identify, and it appears that this entity or energy known as God is more likely than that pure evil.
